Internal Audits & Performance Analysis

Audit of the agency’s positioning, target audience and acquisition channels to define the most efficient performance marketing strategy. The work included budget allocation across SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads, channel prioritization, campaign monitoring and regular performance reporting to improve ROI and adjust actions over time.

Sales & Marketing Decks

Creation of commercial materials designed to support the sales team once qualified leads entered the pipeline. The decks structured the agency’s value proposition, property positioning and client-facing messaging to improve lead treatment, follow-up quality and conversion opportunities.

SEO & Organic Search

Implementation of technical SEO, on-page optimization, local SEO and high-value editorial content focused on luxury real estate in Uzès and the South of France. The objective was to improve organic visibility on strategic searches and position Sotheby’s as a local reference for premium properties, heritage homes and high-end real estate opportunities.

Media Buying & Customer Acquisition

Deployment of a performance marketing strategy mainly focused on Google Ads, where search intent was strongest. Campaigns were structured around premium property searches, local market opportunities and national and international buyer profiles, with continuous optimization of targeting, budgets, keywords and lead tracking.
