Clos Daman is a high-end guesthouse set in the peaceful Moroccan countryside between Fès, Meknès, and Ifrane. Designed for luxury yoga and wellness retreats, it introduces premium experiential tourism to an untapped region. Epikure has been involved from the start—defining the concept, strategy, and financial model to align with the local context and a high-end audience. Once operational, we’ll lead all branding, digital presence, and content strategy to ensure consistency from launch onward.

Our mission with Clos Daman was to build a solid strategic foundation for a disruptive hospitality concept in a region untouched by high-end wellness tourism. We started with a full competitive landscape analysis, identifying the gaps and local specificities.

This led to the refinement of the concept, a blend of luxury retreat and rural authenticity, tailored to both local elites and international travelers. We defined a clear market positioning, target segments, and service offerings that balance profitability with brand coherence.

We then developed a robust financial model with multiple revenue streams (overnight stays, retreats, events), along with an investment roadmap and detailed cost forecasts. Our business plan became a key tool to secure bank funding and drive operational decisions.

Clos Daman is now ready for its construction phase, with a unique value proposition and a go-to-market strategy in place. Epikure will continue to lead the project’s marketing, ensuring brand consistency from blueprint to launch.
