Clos Daman is an upcoming high-end guesthouse nestled between Fès, Meknès, and Ifrane, in a quiet, preserved part of the Moroccan countryside. Designed to host luxury yoga, wellness, and health retreats, the project brings an entirely new offer to a region largely untouched by premium experiential tourism. Epikure has been involved from the very beginning, helping shape the strategic vision of the project—from market research to concept definition and financial structuring. Our mission: ensure the offer is both relevant for the territory and attractive to a premium audience. Once the project enters its operational phase, Epikure will oversee all branding, digital presence, and content strategy to ensure consistency across every touchpoint, from launch to daily communication.

Our mission with Clos Daman was to build a solid strategic foundation for a disruptive hospitality concept in a region untouched by high-end wellness tourism. We started with a full competitive landscape analysis, identifying the gaps and local specificities.

This led to the refinement of the concept, a blend of luxury retreat and rural authenticity, tailored to both local elites and international travelers. We defined a clear market positioning, target segments, and service offerings that balance profitability with brand coherence.

We then developed a robust financial model with multiple revenue streams (overnight stays, retreats, events), along with an investment roadmap and detailed cost forecasts. Our business plan became a key tool to secure bank funding and drive operational decisions.
