We then developed a robust financial model with multiple revenue streams (overnight stays, retreats, events), along with an investment roadmap and detailed cost forecasts. Our business plan became a key tool to secure bank funding and drive operational decisions.
Clos Daman is now ready for its construction phase, with a unique value proposition and a go-to-market strategy in place. Epikure will continue to lead the project’s marketing, ensuring brand consistency from blueprint to launch.
